NOC Technician – Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network and system health using XTekLtd's NMS dashboards, responding to alerts and performance anomalies in real time.

  • Perform first-level troubleshooting for connectivity issues, SIP trunk monitoring, voice service validations, and incident triage.

  • Document incidents and resolutions clearly within ticketing systems, ensuring accurate escalation paths and timely follow-up.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support network changes, maintenance windows, firmware upgrades, and service restorations.

  • Maintain operational readiness by updating runbooks, validating monitoring thresholds, and participating in continuous improvement of NOC processes.

Presales Engineer

Work Type: Hybrid

Pre-Sales Engineer – Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations showcasing XTekLtd solutions—including networking, voice, collaboration, automation, and AI-enhanced capabilities—to both technical and executive audiences.

  • Engage customers throughout the pre-sales cycle, conducting discovery sessions to understand business challenges and map them to the right technical solutions.

  • Design proof-of-value environments and guided walkthroughs, ensuring customers experience real-world workflows, integrations, and performance outcomes.

  • Create clear technical documentation, including solution briefs, demo scripts, architecture diagrams, and configuration overviews tailored to customer requirements.

  • Act as the technical voice of the customer, providing feedback to engineering and product teams to improve solution quality, user experience, and long-term value.

Operations/Project Coordinator

Work Type: Hybrid

Core Project Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end project workflows, ensuring scope, timelines, and technical deliverables are aligned across engineering, operations, procurement, and customer teams.

  • Facilitate technical and operational meetings, preparing agendas, tracking actions, and ensuring timely closure of tasks.

  • Maintain all project documentation, including SOWs, schedules, change requests, design packages, and acceptance forms.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations by aligning engineering resources, monitoring workload distribution, and ensuring readiness for project execution.

  • Track internal KPIs such as engineer utilization, SLA response timelines, and documentation completeness.

  • Assist with procurement and logistics, ensuring equipment, licenses, and dependencies arrive and are staged on time for deployments.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, including ticketing hygiene, quality checks, and post-implementation reviews.

Customer KPI & Experience Responsibilities

  • Manage customer-facing KPIs, including project timeline adherence, communication expectations, milestone acceptance, and overall satisfaction scores.

  • Provide proactive customer communication, issuing weekly status reports, risks, mitigation actions, and expected next steps.

  • Monitor and address project risks, escalating potential issues that could impact customer KPIs or service quality.

  • Ensure a seamless customer experience, serving as the bridge between customers and XTekLtd technical teams to maintain trust, clarity, and predictable delivery.
